On Your Toes Dance Studio
Miss Clacy

Clacy Hetrick has been dancing for 30 years this year! This is her 4th year teaching at On Your Toes Dance Studio. Clacy teaches ages 11-adult, specializing in jazz and hip hop. Her background in dance consists of many styles (including All-Star cheerleading), but her favorite to teach and perform is hip hop. Clacy's mother was her dance teacher growing up which then led her to become a member of the Boston Celtics Dance Team. Clacy has been able to showcase her love for dance by traveling abroad with the NBA to China, as well as London for the Olympics. She has traveled around the country choreographing and assisting with her dance mentor, Eric Little, for over 15 years. She has also competed in the All-Star Dance Hip Hop division at The Dance Worlds in Orlando, Florida. Her favorite thing about teaching dance is watching each dancer improve throughout the season and getting to see all of their hard work shine on stage at recital.
Clacy was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina but has since moved to Boston, Los Angeles, and now Patterson. Growing up, she competed on travel dance and cheer teams while also being on her high school's dance and cheerleading team. Clacy works as an Inside Sales Representative for Animal Health International, focusing on dairy and poultry. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her husband, Mike, or playing with their cats, Loddie and Lynard. A fun fact about Clacy is that she loves event planning. A goal she has is to instill the love of dance into each student she comes across and inspire them to become the best person they can be inside and outside of the studio.
